-
- : The website which TED references contains libelous per se html pages.

- This coming from a man who has attacked the ``illogical writing style''
- of another? Is the above a joke of some sort, aimed at the intelligence
- of readers of c.l.a, c.l.c, and c.l.c++?
-
- First of all, to call oneself professional, one must conduct oneself in
- a professional manner. Do you feel that attacking those skeptical of
- BSAM is professional? Is it professional of you to go spamming admins
- around the world over pittances? Does constantly threatening others
- with lawsuits constitute professionalism?
-
- As far as injured reputations are concerned, TED did nothing that meets
- your second criterion for libel that you haven't already done ten-fold.
- In fact, it is _you_ who tends "to injure reputation and to expose to
- public hatred, contempt or shame" \footnote{\underline{ibid}.} of real
- computing professionals everywhere with your childish quibblings.
- The Internet is full enough, James, and if you aren't willing to cease
- with the incessant spamming, then go away. If you can't be a good
- sport about your self-inflicted reputation, then you have no business
- anywhere near the Internet. Think of Internet like a television: if
- you don't like what you're seeing, change the channel instead of bitching
- and moaning to the networks about the so-called filth they show. It's
- called voting with your feet... look into it.
